Carmen Group worked closely with Napa County, California to address flood control, water quality, watershed, environmental restoration, and recreation needs resulting from the historic flooding of the Napa River. We successfully developed an innovative Federal project which couples 100-year environmentally-sensitive flood protection with the creation of over 700 acres of tidal wetlands, an extensive network of river trails and significant recreation benefits.
