Joe Weems manages the operational functions of the Finance and Accounting Department.

Prior to joining the Carmen Group, he was Accounting Manager at WETA (Pub. TV. Ch. 26). Earlier he was Senior Staff Accountant for Balducci’s (formerly Sutton Place Gourmet).

Joe has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting, from Towson University’s nationally accredited accounting program (Towson, MD).
