THE WHARF

The Wharf is one of Washington D.C.’s largest community redevelopment projects. The development has transformed the area’s Southwest Waterfront and provided long-awaited retail, residential, and housing improvements. Carmen Group worked with the developer and the District of Columbia to pass two stand-alone Acts of Congress and secured $198 million in Tax Increment Financing to enable the redevelopment project.
